Where can I watch French Movies with English SUBS?

I found a list of all the French Movies on Google, and I wan to watch
them all.
But I only know a smidge of French, so I still need the subtitles.
I dont have a credit card, and cannot pay online.

Is there a specific website I can go too, type in the name and watch
it there.
Or is there a movie rental place (I live in Canada) that would rent
French movies??!!

Where can I find them?!
